This page explains the cookies NidaanPartner.com uses, what each one is for, how long it stays, and how you can change your mind at any time. NidaanPartner.com is operated by Nidaan The Legal Consultants LLP.

The short version. We use a small number of cookies to sign you in and keep your account safe. Those cannot be switched off, because the site cannot work without them. We also ask — separately, and only if you say yes — to count visits so we can see which pages help people. Nothing about your claim or your documents is ever sent to anyone for that.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to keep, so the site can recognise you on the next page. Without one, signing in would not last past a single click.

1. Essential — always on

These keep you signed in and keep your account safe. They carry no advertising and are not shared with anyone. They cannot be switched off, because without them the site does not work.

2. Measuring how the site is used — only if you allow it

If you allow this, Google Analytics counts visits and which pages are opened, so we can see what helps people and what confuses them. It is switched off until you turn it on, and turning it off again removes these cookies from your browser. It never sees your documents, your claim, or what you type.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
We do not track you across other websites.
Your claim documents and the details of your case are never used for measurement.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time, including withdrawing permission you gave earlier. It takes effect immediately.

You can also delete cookies in your browser's own settings. If you delete the one that remembers your choice, we will ask you again on your next visit.
